PROGRAMA DE ORIENTACIÓN E INTERVENCIÓN PSICOPEDAGÓGICA: LA EDUCACIÓN DE LA FELICIDAD

Abstract

[ES]El sistema educativo actual se centra en el trabajo de las competencias clave, con el fin de fomentar el desarrollo integral del alumnado como individuos competentes para la vida personal, social y laboral, por lo que el trabajo a desarrollar en los centros es amplio y transversal. De esta forma en el desarrollo del alumnado y como principal objetivo para su educación personal, emocional e integral podríamos entender que el trabajo de la felicidad debe ser una de las bases, además como potenciador del resto de aprendizajes. Por otro lado, debemos entender que la función docente es fundamental para este y el resto de aprendizajes, por lo que también debe centrar la labor del proceso de orientación.

[EN]The current educational system focuses on the work of key competences, in order to promote the comprehensive development of students as competent individuals for personal, social and job life, so the work to be carried out in schools is broad and transversal. In this way, in the development of students and as the main objective for their personal, emotional and comprehensive education, we could understand that the work of the happiness should be one of the bases, as well as an enhancer of other learning. On the other hand, we must understand that the teaching function is fundamental for this and the rest of learnings, so it must also focus the work of the orientation process.
