La forma jurídica de la empresa

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación trata de evidenciar las diferentes formas de constituir una empresa en nuestro país, fomentando su participación en todos los sectores de la población, adaptándose a los intereses socioeconómicos y ofreciendo la oportunidad de constituir diversas formas jurídicas. Así pues, y contextualizándolo en este momento tan deficitario en lo que respecta al tejido empresarial y dado el prolijo ordenamiento jurídico que poseemos, podemos vislumbrar, desde la figura individual del empresario o empresaria autónomo, hasta la constitución de medianas y grandes empresas en forma de sociedades anónimas o de responsabilidad limitada. Dada la importancia del tema y su directa incidencia en el sector de la población al que se dirige (alumnos de formación profesional), se desarrollarán más detalladamente las empresas de carácter personalista y de capital, así como las de carácter especial, las cooperativas, sin obviar figuras tan interesantes como las Entidades de Capital de Riesgo, etc.

This research attempts to show and develop different ways of starting a business in our country, encouraging its participation in different sectors of the population, adapting to current socio-economic interests and giving the opportunity to create different legal forms. In this way, and contextualising it at this time so deficient in terms of the business sector and given the complex legal system we have, we can see it from the individual figure, self-employed entrepreneur, to the creation of medium and large enterprises, becoming companies both anonymous and limited liability. However, in view of the importance of the subject and its direct impact on the sector of the population to which it is addressed (students in vocational training), it will be developed in more detail, both personal and capital companies, as well as those with a special character, such as cooperatives, without forgetting in any way such interesting figures as venture capital companies, economic interest groups, etc.
