Resumen
Los ciudadanos del siglo XXI demandan el restablecimiento del equilibrio que el individuo ha perdido a causa de la sobreestimulación que vivimos hoy en día. Los trastornos de tipo depresivo y la inestabilidad emocional afectan a una población que comienza a tomar conciencia de la necesidad de trabajar el control de las emociones desde edades tempranas. Con esta investigación se pretende analizar qué puede aportar la biomúsica -una nueva rama de la musicoterapia- en el contexto escolar en la resolución de posibles conflictos emocionales, en la atención de los alumnos con necesidades educativas específicas y en la formación de ciudadanos cooperativos y felices.
Citizens of the 21st century are demanding the restoration of balance that the individual has lost due to the overstimulation we live today. Depressive disorders and emotional instability affect a population that begins to become aware of the need to work on controlling emotions from an early age. The aim of this research is to analyze what can biomusic -a new branch of musicotherapy- provide in the school context in order to solve a series of emotional conflicts, pay attention to students with special educational needs and prepare cooperative and happy citizens.
