Resumen
La igualdad de oportunidades es un fin al que aspira la sociedad y un principio compartido para las personas con discapacidad, el poder tener las mismas oportunidades ha contribuido en una lucha para poder conseguir una inserción laboral plena alcanzando así una vida independiente. Esto supone el despliegue de toda una legislación tanto a nivel europeo, estatal y autonómico donde se regule todos sus derechos, se establezcan medidas de acción positiva para la inserción laboral y se condene la discriminación.
Mediante este trabajo se pretende conocer el proceso por el cuál las personas con discapacidad atraviesan para conseguir una inserción laboral, consiguiendo así apoyos para fomentar el desarrollo de habilidades sociales y autonomía personal. Empoderando a las personas con discapacidad, normalizando su situación con la promoción de su autonomía e independencia en todas las áreas de sus vidas.
Equal opportunities are an end to society and a shared principle for people with disabilities, the possibility of having the same opportunities has contributed to a struggle to achieve full employment, thus achieving an independent life. This implies the deployment of all legislation at European, state and regional level where all their rights are regulated, positive action measures are established for the labor insertion and the discrimination is condemned. Through this work we seek to know the process by which people with disabilities go through to get a job insertion, thus getting support to encourage the development of social skills and personal autonomy.
