Resumen
(ES)Este trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar un programa de intervención en Inteligencia Emocional con niños y niñas de Educación Primaria para prevenir la aparición de actitudes y creencias sexistas que podrían ser factores causales o contribuyentes a la aparición de la violencia de género. Se llevará a cabo una intervención que permite trabajar el Modelo Multifactorial de Bar-On, el cual consta de diferentes dimensiones: intrapersonal, interpersonal, adaptabilidad, manejo del estrés y estado de ánimo. En relación a la metodología, plantea un total de 14 sesiones, empleando un diseño cuasi-experimental, con un grupo experimental y siguiendo una secuencia de pre- y post- intervención. Las conclusiones que se derivan se relacionan con que la esperade un mayor nivel de Inteligencia Emocional, competencia social, aumento de la autoestima, desarrollo de relaciones empáticas, de habilidades para resolver conflictos sin recurrir a la violencia y mayor calidad y satisfacción percibida en las relaciones interpersonales.
(EN)The aim of this work is to design an Emotional Intelligence intervention programme with boys and girls in Primary Education to prevent the appearance of sexist attitudes and beliefs that could be causal or contributing factors to the appearance of gender violence. An intervention will be carried out using the Bar-On Multifactorial Model, which consists of different dimensions: intrapersonal, interpersonal, adaptability, stress management and mood. In relation to the methodology, it proposes a total of 14 sessions, using a quasi-experimental design, with an experimental group and following a pre- and post-intervention sequence. The conclusions derived are related to the expectation of a higher level of emotional intelligence, social competence, increased self-esteem, development of empathic relationships, skills to resolve conflicts without resorting to violence and higher quality and perceived satisfaction in interpersonal relationships.
