Evolución del comercio exterior agroalimentario en España: Una especial referencia a la crisis de la COVID-19.

Resumen
En la actualidad vivimos en un mundo sumergido en la
globalización, en la que cada vez se pone más de manifiesto la
importancia del sector agroalimentario a nivel mundial. Este
trabajo se centrará en estudiar la evolución del comercio exterior
de este sector en España, analizando algunas variables como las
exportaciones o la tasa de cobertura y examinando los principales
productos exportados, entre otros. Se debe tener en cuenta que se
analizará en el periodo comprendidos entre el año 2008 hasta el
2020, dando mayor importancia a este último año, en el cual se
produjo la crisis económica, social y sanitaria de la COVID-19.
Para finalizar hablaremos de los resultados obtenidos, en el que se
puede apreciar que este sector ha salido fortalecido, así como de
las conclusiones sobre el trabajo realizado, las limitaciones
encontradas a la hora de desarrollarlo y las perspectivas de futuro
de este sector.
Today we live in a world submerged in globalization, in which the importance of the agri-food sector worldwide is becoming increasingly evident. This work will focus on studying the evolution of foreign trade in this sector in Spain, analyzing some variables such as exports or the coverage rate and examining the main products exported, among others. It should be taken into account that it will be analyzed in the period from 2008 to 2020, giving greater importance to this last year, in which the economic, social and health crisis of COVID-19 occurred. To conclude we will talk about the results obtained, in which it can be seen that this sector has been strengthened, as well as the conclusions about the work carried out, the limitations encountered when developing it and the future prospects of this sector.
