Definición y cálculo de la estructura del nuevo mercado central de abastos de Linares

Abstract

El edificio original sufrió un derrumbe parcial en marzo de 2018 a causa de un fuerte temporal de viento, provocando la caída de la cubierta y la destrucción de la práctica totalidad de una de las fachadas laterales, además de afectar a otras dos fachadas en su coronación. Se ha planteado una demolición parcial de las fachadas dañadas y el arriostramiento de la fachada principal, la cual se mantendrá, durante las obras. El modelado del edificio se ha llevado a cabo con Autodesk Revit 2020 y para el cálculo y dimensionamiento de la nueva estructura interior se ha empleado Revit Structural Analysis, mientras que para la losa de cimentación y los muros de sótano el software utilizado ha sido CypeCAD 2021.

The aim of this project is modelling and calculating the structure of the new Market Hall in Linares. The original building suffered a partial collapse in March 2018 due to a heavy windstorm, that caused the fall of the roof and the destruction of one of the side façade almost entirely. Furthermore, it damaged two of the other facades. A partial demolition of the two damaged façades has been projected and the main façade will be stabilized by means of a lattice structure during the construction works, as it will be maintained in its current place. The building modelling has been carried out using Autodesk Revit 2020 and Revit Structural Analysis 2020 has been used for the new inner steel structure calculation and sizing, while CypeCAD has ben used for the foundation slab and basement walls.
