Abstract

[ES]La problemática de la mujer trabajadora a lo largo del siglo XIX fue el principal motivo de su irrupción en la vida pública, y el preludio del movimiento feminista que más adelante conduciría su larga lucha por la igualdad jurídica. Lo que se ha pretendido con las diferentes leyes llevadas a cabo es, equiparar el trato de la mujer al hombre en lo que se refiere al ámbito laboral. Debido a la participación de las mujeres en el mercado laboral igualando en cifras a los hombres, se ha producido la necesidad de compatibilizar el ámbito laboral y familiar. El estudio pretende analizar el origen y observar la situación actual en España en materia de conciliación.
