Este presente trabajo trata sobre cómo la interculturalidad influye en el aula y no solamente eso, sino como nuestro conocimiento y saber acerca de las culturas influye en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de nuestros alumnos. La diversidad es un elemento que está presente en todas nuestras aulas y en los colegios educativos, esta se nos presenta de muchas formas, en la cual tenemos que tener en cuenta y saber cómo atender. Según Kwame Anthony Appiah, filósofo y escritor, ha explorado la diversidad desde una perspectiva cultural moral. En su libro “Cosmopolitanism Ethics in a World of Strangers” defiende la idea de que la diversidad cultural es un valor positivo y sostiene que debemos ser capaces de apreciar y respetar las diferentes formas de vida y perspectivas culturales.
This paper addresses how interculturality influences the classroom and, moreover, how our knowledge and understanding of cultures influences the teaching and learning process of our students. Diversity is present in all our classrooms and schools, manifesting itself in many ways, which we must consider and know how to address. According to Kwame Anthony Appiah, philosopher and writer, diversity has been explored from a moral and cultural perspective. In his book "Cosmopolitanism Ethics in a World of Strangers," he defends the idea that cultural diversity is a positive value and maintains that we must be able to appreciate and respect different ways of life and cultural perspectives.
