[ES] El presente trabajo tiene como tema de interés la Inteligencia Emocional en
adolescentes como factor protector para prevenir el acoso escolar en Educación Secundaria. El acoso escolar es uno de los problemas a los que se enfrenta hoy en día la educación y es que son muchas las víctimas que lo sufren en nuestro país. Por dicho motivo, el objetivo de este trabajo es diseñar y aplicar un programa de intervención para aumentar la Inteligencia Emocional en estudiantes de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria con el fin de disminuir la presencia de acoso escolar en el contexto educativo. De este modo, el programa se aplicará a un total de 24 alumnos y alumnas de una clase del primer ciclo de ESO para comprobar su eficacia.
[EN] The present work has Emotional Intelligence in adolescents as a protective factor to prevent bullying in Secondary Education as topic of interest. School bullying is one of the problems of education today as there are many victims that suffer it in our country. For this reason, the aim of this thesis is to design and apply an intervention program to increase Emotional Intelligence to secondary education students in order to reduce the presence of bullying in the educational context. In this way, the program will be applied to 24 students from a class in the first cycle of ESO (spanish compulsory secondary education) to verify the effectiveness.
