The Spanish population has a regressive demographic evolution where the adult population is large, coupled with the increase of the life expectancy leads to an over-adult population. The most vulnerable group is the elderly, once they reach the retirement age of 65, they become part of this collective away from social life, from personal relationships, away from productivity, marked by negative stereotypes, etc. Loneliness is addressed as one of the main active agents that appear in this social group. Taken a control group established by two previous tests, which will then be carried out a series of activities focused on improving their social, personal and cognitive relationships. Collecting and comparing the data with the step of the two previous tests to mark the benefits obtained.
